If Annavidhi offers mobile-number login or verification, your mobile number may be used to generate and send a secure one-time password (OTP) via SMS.
Where a third-party SMS or OTP provider (such as Fast2SMS) is integrated, the customer’s mobile number and message delivery details reasonably required to transmit the verification passcode are processed securely by that provider.
OTP information is processed strictly for authentication, customer identity verification, security checks, and related transactional alerts.
Important Security Note
Annavidhi will never call, message on WhatsApp, or contact you on social media asking you to share your OTP, password, or bank details. Keep all passcodes private.

Annavidhi may use certified third-party payment service providers to handle online payments securely. Sensitive payment card numbers, UPI PINs, net-banking credentials, and CVV codes are transmitted directly to the payment gateway and are not stored in full on Annavidhi servers.

Customer Care Advisory: Customers should avoid sending sensitive financial information, passwords, bank account PINs, or OTPs through WhatsApp, email, or social media messages.
